Episode #43 - Tapping Into The Subconscious Using Collage Art - Liz Lima - Podcast

Episode #43 | Tapping Into The Subconscious Using Collage Art with Tracy Nunez

In today’s podcast, I am with Tracy, a collage artist and a spiritual mentor. The concept of what Tracy is doing is tapping into the subconscious using collage art. It started with inspirations from thought leaders like Adyashanti and Eckhart Tolle that Tracy felt the need to make something out of her own understanding of the world given that spirituality has been a huge part of who she is. Her art has also been in the permanent collection of Leslie Lowman Museum for Gay and Lesbian Art.

Tracy also shared about getting in particular with what you want out of what you do and that in every loss, there is also a transformation. In discovering so, we get acquainted with what’s blocking us in fulfilling a beautiful change. Tapping into the subconscious using collage art has always been an interesting and exciting part of what Tracy does and her students have greatly benefitted from it, too.

Liz:

Thank you for being here in Venus Warriors. It's another episode of our interviews that we have on our Friday, releases. And as you know by now, if you've been here for a while, you know that I will introduce and have invite women who have gone through some type of struggles, recreating themselves or finally going after their passion and their purpose. We either be business or changing your career or whatever it is. And the point is, is that I want you to hear from these women so that you know that other people have gone through these struggles and that you can also be able to achieve whatever it is that you want to. So that's what I want them here for. They're here to give you their whole story, all the ugliness of everything that's happened, because everything is messy in the beginning. And that's okay because that's how it's supposed to be. We're not perfect. I'm sorry. But today I have the incredible Tracy, thank you so much for coming.

Tracy:

Oh, thank you for having me.

Liz:

And for our listeners, can you explain what you're doing now in your business and how you're helping people?

Tracy:

Sure, absolutely. I'm an artist. I'm a collage artist and I'm, since I was about the age of 17 I've been really interested in spiritual studies and I'm pairing those two worlds together. I've become sort of a spiritual mentor and I use that collage art in order to help people tap into their subconscious mind. And it's actually about building a bond with a higher power. So it's sort of a sneaky way to get people in the flow out of their minds and forge this incredible bond that really helps them have more magic in their everyday life. They really start to have evidence of magic showing up in their life, which is really them co-creating with their mind.

Liz:

Okay, that's awesome. So we're going to have to do that together because I love all that and I'm definitely one that I'm like the super go getter and like wicked type A and I try to just be calm and let it flow. And I think sometimes it's just like trying and I'm just being so forceful and, and it's like, well, forget you then. I'm not coming in. That's pretty much what's happening.

Liz:

Great. So can you tell me a little bit about how this even came to you? Because I'm sure that not many 17 year olds were probably thinking spiritual collaging,

Tracy:

Right? Well, it started with the spiritual part, so I found thought leaders like, Odea Shanti or Eckhart Toll Depok. I just loved all that stuff. Once I found that I started to eat it up like Carolina mice and I was listening to at that time, books on tape if you can believe it. So I just fed my mind with that. And then as I progressed and got older, I did things like travel to India to the one that's university. And then later on I, worked with medicine plants in Peru with Shipibo healers. So spirituality is always been a huge, huge part of who I am. And I knew that deep in my heart. That was my reason for being here is really to tap into spirituality. But at the same time I was a really creative person. I majored in photography at FIT and you know, that's what I was always sort of pairing my spirituality with, helped me to find a way to create in the world.

Tracy:

So through doing that, I decided to ask my higher power to actually make the artwork for me. So I set up the time and I would be like every Tuesday and I would say, all right, so you're going to show up on Tuesday. And so am I and we are going to make these collages together. And you know, I just decided why not level up and manage up to something bigger than I am. So through doing that, I would show up and to be honest, the collage was at first I, sometimes the magic would be there and sometimes it really wouldn't. And that's honestly a big part of this work too, is to keep going before it gets magical and to have the faith and invest in the future knowing that is going to actually come into your life. So as I progressed through this process, I just kept showing up and you know, if I didn't show up on the Tuesday and I came on a Thursday, my divine was like, girl, I ain't here.

Tracy:

I have other people to work with. So I really realized that being consistent was a big deal. It's like any relationship, you know, like you say you're going to do something, you need to do it, you really need to show up. Well, whatever that bond is. And the more I did that, the more the magic started to come in. My artwork got more and more beautiful and it actually had things to say. You know, and of course I matured and I went through different life processes, what my art really started to have a different message through my own personal transformation.

Liz:

So are, okay, so are you doing, do you do anything with what you're creating yourself besides, besides your coaching? So what, what are you doing with the art?

Tracy:

Yes. So I'm, I actually really do have like a, you know, art career I've shown in places like the Leslie Lowman Museum for Gay and Lesbian Art.

Tracy:

So I'm in their permanent collection and I'm very active like for me, having to share this with the world just sort of came because it started to get so powerful in my own life. Really. The whole point was so that I could make art and continue my art career, which is still a huge focus of mine, which is literally to, you know, have art shows and to expose the world to art and have a passionate experiences with the art itself.

Liz:

Oh, that's awesome. That's awesome. That's amazing. Congratulations. So then, okay so let's talk about a little bit of how, how this, how this process works. Like how, how do people a even know about you, right? Or how, because I've never, or anything like this, right. I've never heard of this. Ability of like lets doing the tapping into yourself through art through this way, which sounds amazing.

Liz:

So how, how do people find you? How do they, how do they, how does this work? I don't even know, just explain it to me.

Tracy:

Right. So I have my website so people can go to my website and if they get on my mailing lists then I will let them know about upcoming group classes. And they also do one on one coaching. So you know, if a group or class atmosphere is, and for someone I absolutely love working one on one because through my higher power and the person's higher power as well, we can really go deep. But the way the classes work basically is I will give my students a prompt like transformation or fear or my newest series is going to be working on the Chakras, which is really, really exciting. So I will set them up with a writing. So some kind of channeled writing I do with my higher power about, transformation, fear or surrender or even passion.

Tracy:

Then they will contemplate that throughout the week and start to collect materials, which is really where the magic is already starting. And I truly believe if they're being called to this work, it is really their higher power reaching out to them. So there is absolutely no way that this process is not going to work for them or that the group where in isn't going to support one another. It's not just me, it's the magic of the entire group coming together, which is really beautiful. So as they collect materials, they could have something in mind. So let's say they're really passionate about something, well they can start thumbing through and look for that particular thing, but something else is going to strike them while they're looking through those magazines. It may be an image, it may be a feeling of color. And so they start collecting materials and they, you know, come to class ready with those.

Tracy:

But we always allow for the in the flow moment art making to happen. So once they set off on a course, you know, they'll find in the moment inspiration, which is again falling in the flow. And I honestly just see the correlation between that and what life does, right? You have to have a focus in life and you have to be driven and this is what I think I'm going to create my life. But if you're too tunnel vision, you don't allow the magic to flow into you and allow for those twists and turns. You could be missing the real message or something that's beyond beautiful for you. So through this, we actually get to teach our students and really just see for ourselves, we start to build up evidence that, you know, you can intend for yourself, but what the divine has in store for you is always going to be a little bit better than you could have imagined, which is why you have to step fearlessly and allow for the things to happen, which is truly, truly magical.

Tracy:

And we get real in there, you know, like through their sharing and things like that. I kind of coach them and mentor whatever comes through me. Whatever those people need to hear.

Liz:

So I love, I love all of this. Okay. So can, can you explain, have you ever probably have. So have you seen, well, okay, first wait, let me back up. So many things have come into my mind. I just love all of us. Okay. In the, in the group setting, is this in person or is this like zoom online, things like that?

Tracy:

Right now I am doing in person classes, so we meet, meet at a coworking space in Brooklyn right now. And I ha I try to keep the groups around, 10 people or a little bit more so that it's intimate, both men and women and you know, we come together and you know, not only do we work on the collage, but, through the prompt, I give them different teachings and then I end it with a spiritual blessing for awakening. So there's a lot of those hand on elements too besides just the collaging.

Liz:

Nice. So then, okay, so this one I'm really curious about, so then when, when these people come, right. And I, I totally agree, like with the attraction, because if they were not meant to be going through this portion, they wouldn't be there. Right, So have you seen where it's difficult, where, where people are resistant maybe to allow the opening? Right, cause I'm telling you, I, I've done like, I've done work with so many teachers and mentors for years and that was me in the beginning where I was so damn rigid. Like I have to be a good student and I just, I wouldn't allow this stuff to happen. Do you see that, like going on sometimes with your students?

Tracy:

Yeah, I mean absolutely. But the one thing I love about a higher power divine is like if you give one inch, it comes back at you 10 fold.

Tracy:

So that little invitation really is enough for the divine to get in there and start to work with these people. So you know, you get what you do put into it. So if there are blocks, there are blocks, but I always say, you know, if you pray for our new house, right, you have to be careful what you're praying for because getting to that new house may mean you lose a job, you lose a relationship and things really have to move and transform, which is why I'm always there for my students because you know, to get to the goodies you have to get real with yourself and work on what is actually their blocking them. So sometimes that's a big part of the work too. And there's been plenty of times in my life where I really, I had done all the spiritual work but a little bit more about me.

Tracy:

I, definitely had toxins in my life and I decided to get sober so I stopped drinking completely. And once I did that, it actually unlocked all of these doors and it was like the difference between my magic being on a 10 and a hundred. So though I was always still operating in this space, it's like the level I was at wasn't my fullest potential. And I think every single little step you take, whether you're blocked or not, is just one step closer and your divine is just going to be there in whichever way you decide to show up and always sort of bringing you to the next doorway.

Liz:

Wow. So do you, did you feel that, your so, but before when you were drinking, let's just say, did you feel that you had this some influence from the divine or did you, or not like, cause you know, you noticed after, but did you, what was going on then at that moment?

Tracy:

Right. Well I have really had a connection that whole time. And I thought I was pretty powerful. Like I really thought I did see magic in my life and I really, that was my passion was to just, I knew there was a magical elements. I knew that it could be operating on a level that was like cocreation and I believed and really knew it was a knowingness, not even a belief that that was available to me. And I would see it here and there and probably what I felt like was more than the average person. But there was always this inkling in my mind like what I ate, what I put into my body and these other toxins. I knew it was like the difference between having a cloudy day and a clear day. But I'd still chose to slow down my power and you know, that is really what it's about.

Tracy:

It's about knowing you're so powerful. But the things we put in our way to slow down are powerful and I really do believe it's a fear of success. Like I was afraid of my own power and as soon as I got rid of those things I had more opportunities coming to me and the cocreation and the manifestation just started to be a lot more rapid and you know, even with great opportunities you still have to get outside of your comfort zone. I mean my motto right now is f your comfort zone because you know, opportunities come in and you have to play bigger, you have to show up more. So I think a lot of the times it's not only the toxins, it's that we just don't feel like we're ready when the truth is you never feel ready. You just have to leap and know that there's something inside you that's going to come out if you put yourself there.

Liz:

And I love the uncomfort zone thing that you said because it's almost like I have this, I show this picture to my clients where it's like, okay, so there's this big piece of paper, right? And everything amazing is all out here. And this one little bad thing is this one spot right here and all you're doing is focusing on that one spot and then everything else is out here. Right? This is your, the the one spot that, you know, and you're so comfortable, but yeah, there's all this stuff that you're not even looking at. Right,

Tracy:

Right. Exactly, exactly. And I think it's also about, you know, you have to be so committed to self-love. If you don't have enough self-love, failure affects your, you know, your idea of yourself. Like it actually affects you in a way that's so negative. But when you have enough self love, if you fail, you're like, whatever, I'm still a bad ass bitch. I own this room. Like that was, you know what, I failed the best. You better than anybody else's ever failed. And I did that. You just really are your own biggest fan. So no matter what, you brush yourself off and you're like, I'm still with me at the end of the day. So I think that that you have to really be committed to saying, you know, as ugly as things get for me, I'm still going to love myself through them. And then the failure isn't so scary. It's just failure and you move on.

Liz:

It's a lesson. Right, And that's, you know, and, okay. So, alright, so then let's talk about this. So where, where did you find yourself love? How did that all transpire for you?

Tracy:

Oh my gosh, that is such a great question. And I'm so glad that you asked that. It actually came from me breaking down the barriers of social norms. You know, we all live in this world where we are so comparative to one another and we don't even realize what society pressure we have on ourselves. I mean, a lot of us do know that, but not to the level that it's playing in. So for me, it came through wanting to get married. I wanted to get married so, so badly and I was in love with the man I ended up marrying. And I thought that was going to be my highest happiness.

Tracy:

I've worked with kids. I wanted to have a family. So that was all really important to me. And as I got closer to 30, it just started to really feel like a lot of pressure. Like I wanted to have that. Um, so I did end up getting married and something inside me just told me to wait a little bit, but I didn't listen to that voice. I listened to the society pressure. Like you're not on time. Maybe you won't have that if you don't have that, you won't be happy. Those were all the voices in my mind. Well, I wish I had just given myself a little time because it turned out that I was actually gay and I wasn't fully aware of that. I mean, I guess, you know, sexuality is more fluid, so I was more bisexual than anything else. But my truest happiness I realized was probably not going to come from this marriage.

Tracy:

It was so difficult because I really loved the person I married. But there was something in me that was pushing me towards living my highest expression. I couldn't stay there if I tried. And I did try. And it wasn't because the person I married was mean horrible or wasn't resonating in as a beautiful soul. They absolutely were. But I had to decide to love me enough to not show up for my life at 99.9% I deserved 100% and you know what's so did he? So I had to unravel somebody that I loved and step into so pain and love myself so completely that I was able to sit in that pain of transformation. And I also had to rely on my divine that I wasn't going to be put in a situation that wasn't for my highest good. And you know what? I wasn't always sure and I had to keep forging my way forward.

Tracy:

And I did that. And it's probably the most brave thing I've ever done. But the duality of knowing, being in so much pain was also a gift. I knew that the pain I was in equaled the amount of transformation I was going to be capable of. So through that process, I remained on my own timeline. People that judge whether I should leave him faster or whether I should stay. I stay true to our core so that we could really continue our connection as a family unit and do things in a way that was respectful to one another and move closer and closer to a higher truth. And just realize that by loving myself so fiercely, I also allowed other people to remove their masks and you know, maybe get out of commitments that they're in for just the wrong reasons or, you know, being codependent to other people instead of being fearlessly, you know, their own best friend.

Liz:

Right. Best thing you said, well, everything you're saying is best, but what are the things that stuck out to me was that understanding that the pain you were going through was still for the best. That can be right. And I think people are afraid or don't want to be in pain or maybe associate that pain is bad.

Tracy:

Totally. And the pain to me was a signal like this is going to hurt. But that is what real transformation is about. I'm getting the ability to strip away layers of myself that I've been conditioned to believe in, to transform into a version of myself that I'm not even going to recognize. And you know, you don't have to feel okay at the time. You actually really need to honor that this sucks. I'm in a place that doesn't feel good. I'd rather not be going through this and just get real. I always say that one of the most important things you can do when you have a bond with a higher power is not sure Cota, you can say, you know what? I don't really see what this is for and I feel like it sucks, but I have enough faith that this is going to work out for my highest good. And that's exactly what you do. You sit down and you go through it because if you push things down, that just replicates, right. In other situations and other people, it's like the same situation but a different person. Right. Again and again, again.

Liz:

Yeah. And that's what you mentioned before where you said if there's a block, it's, if you give it an inch, it's going to come back tenfold either way. Right. So if you're suppressing something, it's like the hand is going to keep coming back at you. It can come in a different form, but it's about the same thing. Right. Awesome. Wow. Ooh, I love it. This is so great. So, um, okay, so then, so then what do, what do you see as your vision? Right now? Like what, what is bigger than yourself right now? What do you see where you want to go?

Tracy:

I really would love to work with people more on a one on one basis to kind of develop this language and honestly so that they can create a real bond with a power that's higher than themselves, a true relationship so that they can start to see magic in their own lives. And the goal is that they show up as their true selves because that's what the world really, truly needs. You know, that can be quirky, that can be weird, but the more that they do that, the more magic they're going to bring into this world and to serve other people. So that's really what I want to do. I want them to live more fully and more joyfully. Like really that inner child gets to come out and play and they realize like, oh my gosh, this is all available to me.

Tracy:

I don't have to stay in a job that I hate. I don't have to say in a relationship that I think I need for x, y and z reason that actually if somebody does have kids in there in a marriage that it could be, you know, what's best for these kids is that we do lead separate lives. You know, all of those things that helps all of us remove our masks so that we can show up more fully for one another.

Liz:

Yeah, absolutely. And that's, and, and it's difficult, right? It can be difficult, but it's, but the best is after that. Wow. Is there something that, is there anything that you f that you, um, would like to share that I may not have touched upon?

Tracy:

I think, you know, having patience with the process and knowing that things keep evolving. So you know, when you see an aspect of yourself that you deem as ugly art, you know, for me it's like, Ooh, I'm a, I'm a loud person or I'm boisterous.

Tracy:

Whatever we decide is an unsavory attribute that we may have that actually can transmute into a superpower if we have the willingness to cultivate awareness. So you don't have to try to change anything. What you really do is look at it, oh there, that is, I can really observe my behaviors, not judge them. And there is really no reason to try to get rid of the ego. The ego is just are, you know, shadow self. And what we really need at those times is that's the area where we need to provide more love to ourselves, not less. If we're beating ourselves down for an attribute we don't like, that's not going to help us. We have to hold that part of us in a loving space so that we can transmute it to its higher expression, which will turn into something beyond beautiful.

Liz:

That's unbelievable. And so true. Okay, so now I love all of this. So my question is, because you're doing this with art, so how does this all tie back together?

Tracy:

Yes. Okay. So I think that this is the most exciting part. You know, when you think of the Creator or whatever, your higher power is, right? The closest way you can be in touch with that energy force, in my opinion, is to become a creator in yourself. So artistically you're putting yourself right in the driver's seat of being creative and a creator. I mean, that could be through any kind of, work you do in this world. But by taking the time to do this collage work, you actually decide to be a co-creator with the divine hand in hand. And then you're left with the results of what you made together. So you actually get to put that on your wall to contemplate it, to use it as a tool to find his hidden messages. And that's actually when you tap into the subconscious mind and you say, Oh wow, I just put a lady on a chair, but it looks like she's falling off of it. Maybe that's something I should explore in my life. Where do I feel like I'm losing control? And it really does help you to see the beauty in everything that you're creating, be it difficult or something exciting or passionate.

Liz:

Yeah. And See. So I agree with everything about, you know, and, and how he has a, maybe, I'm not sure if he would agree, but I think this is with however anybody terms it higher power, Spirit, God, universe, whatever really I say right. Because it's whatever you're associating with it and that's awesome. It doesn't matter. Right. And I love all of that. I know for me it's, it's a work in progress because like I've been trying to meditate right on track cause I'm, I'm a go, go, go, go, go all the time and I know that you get more, I know you'd, so you explained to me because I know that's why they call it a practice. Right? And so it's something I've been doing every morning. I will sit quiet and I'll attempt to meditate. But could you maybe explain like your experiences, like how sometimes I feel like nobody's home. I Dunno.

Tracy:

I call it LA. Absolutely. And that's an important part of it, right? That's when I say the faith is your investment in the future because I don't 100% all the time. Feel like I have that bond, but I continue to cultivate the faith. And one way you can build that connection really, really quickly is through gratitude. So you know, you show up, you make this artwork, and as soon as you see it, magic message in there, or you feel like, oh my gosh, it worked for me this time you need to act like that's the most exciting thing you've ever seen. And people mistake miracles for like, Oh, you know, this saved my life. And that is a miracle. But also miracles. When you didn't think you had a pen and you found one in your bag, and I'm suggesting that you celebrate that and just as big of a way, because that multiplies.

Tracy:

I always use, you know, because I'm a teacher, I always use the same antidote about working with children, right? When you want them to replicate a behavior, what do you do? You're like, that was amazing. You did that. I'm excited you went to the party, right? Something that we would deem mundane, right? But that replicates that behavior. And it's the same with the divine. It keeps wanting to give you things. So as soon as you see any of that, you need to celebrate that. So that's a big part of it and it will help you to just develop evidence. And I think that's a big part of it is just really understanding that the more you see it showing up in your life, you can trust that it will be there for you. And it just gets bigger and bigger because you know higher power or the divine.

Tracy:

Yeah, it doesn't matter what you call it, light energy. It's just going to be like they're getting it. They gave me a way to speak to them and now I can keep coming to you. So the artist is really a way to give that higher power a language. It just starts immediately giving it a way to talk to you. So if you decided, you know what, I want my divine to come through lady bugs, well then you're going to start to see lady bugs more and more in your life. You're going to be, oh well I just noticed them more. No, you just actually empowered the divine to speak to you in a very specific way. So that's really what this class is. And because you're cutting and pasting, it allows you to block out the mental chatter, which we all struggle with so that you can fall into the life flow.

Tracy:

The flow in you're creating in the art comes easily. So then when you're in the supermarket and a hectic day at work, you can remember that feeling and you can get there more easily in a stressful situation, which is when we all really need it. So it is a practice because it's a muscle that you develop and a language that you developed over time. But you know, I think being authentic man, having a relationship that is one that you know, you have to examine what your relationship with that power is. Is it something you're fearful of that you were, you know, you were brought up and you thought, well that's scary to me. That's okay. You just have to examine what that is because you need to cultivate a divine that is powerful, loving to you and that is realistic. Like you want to talk to it like it's your best friend, not like it's some something you have to cower to. So those are all ways that you can truly forge a real relationship. That will be helpful to multiply all the guests of miracles blowing into your life.

Liz:

Okay. I think you're helping me more than the interview itself. How about this one? Might as well, cause we're just going down this road. I'm just going to blow your mind on this one. Guided Meditation, right? Cause I love all this. I think it's fascinating. I love how you're associate you just, the way you said that you're giving it a voice. That's what the art is, is it's awesome, right? Because like you said, some people like, oh no, I'm just more aware of it and that's it. No, you're right. This is it. Like you're now you're getting the message because now you're putting these things on a, on paper, right? So I did a guided meditation because I wanted to meet my, my higher, higher self. And so I'm listening to the guided meditation and I'm quiet and I'm sitting there and it's wonderful. And then I think I dozed off and then all of a sudden I started remembering again that that okay, and now

Liz:

see you're, you're your divine, you know, your higher self and all of this stuff. And then there was nothing. And I was like, oh no, she doesn't want to talk to me. Literally I like started balling, started crying because that's so how would you interpret that one? Not that this anything to do with your yourself, but.

Liz:

No, I think that's absolutely a true experience. Like when I was in India, we would go through all these processes with tons of people and you know, the person next to you would be hysterical crying. They were having a real experience and I would have nothing. And you know, I would venture to say that's part of the process is saying, you know what to your higher power, I don't feel you. And that makes me really, really sad. You don't have to feel anything. You have to say. I would like to feel you. You know, I went through this whole meditation and there was nothing there. You know, it's the same with gratitude. It's the same with any kind of aspect or hoping, you know, because I realized I had a lack of those things. And when you see you have a lack of a bond, you can really get honest.

Tracy:

And that's what I mean exactly what you said is a common experience for people. So you can say, you know what, I don't feel a bond. And that makes me feel isolated and sad and I would like to cultivate one. And anytime that you're speaking to that higher power, just keep talking in that way. I don't feel like I have it, but I would like to. So it just will replicate whatever you're putting out there. So whether you have it or not, doesn't matter. What matters is that you're putting it out into the universe. I'd like to build a, build a bigger bond. I would like you to show me bigger messages and not just some kind of little message that I could miss. I want like a giant billboard, like challenge your divine. Like I'm not feeling you and it's pissing me off. You need to show me a giant billboard today.

Liz:

I was like, what the hell? I'm a really cool person. Why don't you want to show up?

Tracy:

Yup. Yup. And another trick that I do and I give my students is, you know, through journaling, if you journal, it's the same with the self-talk, right? We're always talking to ourselves in our head. And when you journal, you write to yourself a lot of the time, all you need to do is turn that to speaking to a higher power. So instead of writing, I'm feeling this way or that way you can say, you know, I see that you did this in my life and I'd like to for you to cultivate more of that and just realize that you and your higher power actually the same energy force. So when you are talking to yourself, that's what you're already actually talking to. So read direct it and realize it's already a bomb that's there. The last thing that I will give you is, just really making a playlist. It's like a love song playlist for you and your divine. So any love song that could be for that you really think is like heartfelt, play that for your divine and to your divine and watch how magic starts to multiply.

Liz:

I'm going to do that. Yeah, try that one. I like tech. Love it. Awesome. See that night I just had to tell you the, authentic self of me because I'm telling you, I've really, I was balling like I was in the chair. I'm like, this sucks.

Tracy:

Right? And maybe that's the place you needed to get to first. You know what I mean? Break down. And that's the real truth about surrender isn't it? Is that you have to really fight the good fight. You'd, nobody's surrenders without fighting the fight. That's actually impossible. So you have to try, try, try until you fail, get so vulnerable. And then the divine is like, I think she's ready now. I can swoop in. So that is actually a really big part of the process. So just know that you're well on your way. That Boyd that trying, trying again and failing leads to so,

Liz:

oh yeah, I keep showing up so it's all probably going to get sick of me, but no, I love it. Oh my God. Thank you so much. So, okay. So tell us then, tell us how people can read more about you. Find your stuff. Where are you at?

Tracy:

They can go to my website at www.tracynunez.com They can do the backslash for conscious collage or they can just check out all of my work by going to my website. I'm also on Instagram, Tracy Nuñez for so they can really see, all my uptodate, my actual artwork and they'll get sort of updates on their what, when my classes are popping up and honestly if somebody isn't local, they can also, work with me from afar. I developed plans with them and we can do that sort of thing as well, which I really love in the end. Seeing some magical experiences through that kind of work as well.

Liz:

Yeah, I think that that is something that definitely should be looked into. And everyone that is listening, don't worry. All of this will be in the show notes so you can see the correct spelling. You can click right on it. You'll get right there automatically. Is there anything else that I've missed? This was such a great interview.

Tracy:

Uh, no, just, it's really such an honor to be able to share this with other people and to even have any small part in helping somebody start a little relationship with, you know, something that just loves them. And Leslie is just a true delight. And, I just want them to have magic so life can be magical the more we are open to it.

Liz:

That's so true. Thank you so much for being here. I really, really thank you.
