Am I uncomfortable in new situations? 

Do I feel good about myself? 

Do I get very upset if someone criticizes me, even if it's “constructive criticism"?


How to bring self-esteem into your life

ACTION:

What self-esteem building actions will I take today?

Replace any negative thoughts with positive ones. Act positive throughout the day.

Stand tall. Stand straight. Feel that power of confidence radiating through you . 

Take a two-minute self-appreciation break. Write down:

  • 3 things that you can appreciate about yourself.
  • 3 things that make you unique.
  • 5 things that went well today.
